Ruan is a nationwide trucking company based in Des Moines, IA that offers lease services, dedicated carriage management, rental, logistics, and bulk transportation. Serving customers since 1932, Ruan operates on the understanding that every company has different goals and needs. Ruan wanted to harness the power of e-learning to increase the effectiveness of their sales force. They understood that realistic simulations are an integral part of any e-learning solution, and they wanted their sales force to use realistic simulations of potential sales calls to increase confidence and build problem solving skills. High Monkey Consulting developed interactive CD-ROM modules for Ruan on conceptual and strategic selling. These custom modules interactively illustrate the dynamics between a sales person and a potential client and provide immediate feedback to the user. This helped equip the selling force to better handle objections and increased sales effectiveness across the board. |
