Minnesota MILE (Motivating and Inspiring Leadership & Excellence) was formed to identify outstanding high school sophomores throughout Minnesota for being responsible citizens in their community and/or school and provide them with the opportunity and encouragement to recognize their leadership potential.

Mr. Carroll, owner of High Monkey Consulting, is the founder and has served as the board president for MILE over the past 4 years. During the programs first year, HMC invested time and resources into developing an organization image, front-end website and back-end nomination and registration system. Since the initial time investment, HMC has went through various redesign and enhancements of the site to make it particularly appealing to the high school aged crowd MILE serves.

On top of web related services, HMC has development many printed based assets for the MILE organization. Assets include the current MILE logo, brochures, nomination and registration packet material design, posters, business cards and other collateral materials. HMC also hosts the nomination and registration system for 6 other state youth organizations in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Alabama and Tennessee. HMC provides support to these organizations throughout the year with design assistance, program support and other miscellaneous tasks.
