Pay Plus Software - PeopleCenter application:

PayPlus is one of the leading developers of Payroll and Employee Management Outsourcing software in the USA. PayPlus offers multiple products to the PEO industry and is continuously an industry leader and innovator.

PayPlus approached High Monkey Consulting in the Spring of 2007 to assist them in re-designing the interface to their new, web-based version of their leading software, PeopleCenter. Set to be released at their annual user conference in New Orleans in October of 2007, PayPlus relied on HMC’s ability to provide top-notch usability and design services while being able to provide timely efforts and meet tight deadlines so that the PayPlus development team has ample time to implement the new design principles.

HMC worked with PayPlus over the resulting 6 months to completely re-design its current interface. This process required creating a consistent system look-&-feel for over 500 individual screens as well as providing an architectural consistency that could be utilized site-wide and in future development projects. The end result of the 6 months process was a new user interface that was easy-to-navigate and use and greater client satisfaction. Recently, at their annual users’ convention the PayPlus development team received a standing ovation for its newly designed interface.

Over the coming months, HMC will be continuing its relationship with PayPlus while working on the ground floor of their new individual employee portal currently in the definition process.
