WSU had engaged an advertising company to design their next generation website. At the completion of the information architecture and navigational approach for the site, WSU asked High Monkey to conduct a usability study prior to the creative design phase of the project. HMC was engaged because we were able to provide an objective and unbiased process for gathering user feedback and reporting the results of the usability study. This project had an interesting twist in that three distinct audiences (prospective students, current students, as well as faculty and staff members) with significantly different needs were engaged in the study.

High Monkey staff provided the following services:

  • Planning of the objectives and outcomes that the testing would deliver
  • Identify the user audience to participate in the usability testing
  • Create questions and user scenarios for the testing process
  • Schedule, conduct and proctor the usability tests
  • Compile raw results, statistics, and video clips of the tests
  • Create an analysis report and recommendations for review by WSU marketing leadership team
