HMC was engaged by the City of Woodbury to provide “as needed” SharePoint consulting for the planning and development of their city-wide Intranet running on SharePoint. HMC also assisted the City of Woodbury with SQL environment configuration as well as SharePoint backup processes and disaster recovery.
High Monkey also worked with the City of Woodbury to fine-tune their Intranet by improving the look and feel of the employee directory. HMC also developed and implemented a message board that allows City employees to list items available for barter, sale, or swap. This “community market” has proven to be one of the most popular features of the City’s Intranet and has helped to create a higher comfort level among City employees with the Intranet and the SharePoint platform.
