Summary: Content doesn't stand alone. Content is the core of your communication strategy.  Getting the right content to the right person at the right time via the right device requires thought and planning.  This webinar explores how content is interconnected between your website, media, printed materials, and other mediums with a primary focus on web content.  Your content is also a marketing tool to help you and your organization drive customer interactions, achieve business objectives, and define 'what you stand for'.

Your Content Strategy (part 2) – ‘It’s Alive!’

Summary: Your content strategy is a living system that gets the most out of your content from the moment it is created until it has become outdated.  Content doesn't magically appear.  New content has to be planned.  Review and updates to existing content need to happen on a regular basis via an editorial workflow.  Your content needs to be both relevant and valuable - it needs to DO something - it needs to add value - for a clearly defined audience.  This webinar also explores how your content works with and feeds your social media plan - the right message via the right channel as the right time to inspire action or just to gain attention.

Your Content Strategy (part 3) – ‘Make it work!’

Date: January 19, 2017 – 10AM CST – GoToWebinar
Summary: Making your Content Strategy work takes some time, consistent best practices and a bit of measurement.  In this webinar we focus on the rules of writing for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and creating thematic content.  You will also learn how search should work, what relevant results should look like, and the amount of TLC and attention you need to give search.  We will take a dive into how content can serve your customers or your employees when it is presented as a user journey or focused as a persona.  Finally, we will ask you to consider this: if you can measure results of a service, it is real. How do you go about measuring the ROI on a content strategy? What are your goals? More readers? More page views and time spent on a page?  Are you trying to generate more leads?  Hint:  You need a Content Strategy Roadmap!
