NorthPoint Health Website Redesign

NorthPoint Inc. provides high quality social services, medical and dental care, as well as behavioral services to residents of North Minneapolis. NorthPoint also provides many enabling services such as transportation, culturally competent and multilingual staff, translation, assistance in applying for public programs, and a sliding fee scale.
Project Scope
During 2021 and 2022, NorthPoint Health engaged High Monkey to conduct a thorough re-design of the NORTHPOINTHEALTH.ORG website. The NorthPoint team recognized the importance of engaging Hennepin County residents who utilized NorthPoint’s services by conducting usability testing on the current site to understand where UX improvements were needed. HM conducted additional UX testing to validate design, page and content layouts, and navigation improvements prior to implementation. High Monkey did a visual design refresh and extensive functional and accessibility testing prior to the NorthPoint website’s go-live in the late Summer of 2022.
In 2016, High Monkey worked with NorthPoint on a project to re-build their public website to provide useful information and improved accessibility to their clients. The site was originally developed in Wordpress and needed to move to the Sitecore CMS platform. Under a contract with Hennepin County, High Monkey was engaged to rebuild the existing NorthPoint website using the shared template environment we had developed for other County websites. We built the site to be mobile responsive, accessible, and to include some Sitecore marketing integration features as well as search capabilities through Coveo search.
