Personality Profile Solutions ('PPS') based in Minneapolis Minnesota provides tools for employee evaluation and hiring as well as organizational collaboration and assessment. The Talent Gear brand provides a range of tools for the planning, assessment, hiring, and retention of talented people within organizations. PPS is also a an authorized partner for the 'Everything DISC' brand and is a Discprofile solution provider.
High Monkey has worked with PPS on the development of both the TALENTGEAR.COM and DISCPROFILE.COM websites using the MVC development model within the Kentico content framework.
UPDATE: DISC®profile website received a January 2021 'Site of the Month' Award from Kentico Software.
Projects
The DISC®profile website was originally re-designed and built by High Monkey using the Kentico Portal engine in 2019. Subsequent project phases included the build-out of full e-commerce capabilities, tax functionality implementation, and multi-lingual options. High Monkey re-developed the newly launched DISC®profile website using the Kentico Software MVC development model to provide 'forward-compatibility' and code re-use for multiple websites.

The Talent Gear website was designed and built by the High Monkey Team using the Kentico Software MVC development model in order to provide 'forward-compatibility' and code re-use for multiple websites. The Kentico page editor delivers a much improved user interface while Content Widgets and Sections were improved by making them simultaneously more 'free form' while including controls on the development side that only allows content to be added in a way that will display correctly.
