Community Colleges of Spokane (CCS) is a district comprising Spokane Community College (SCC) and Spokane Falls Community College (SFCC). Serving over 38,000 students annually across a 12,300-square-mile region, CCS provides a diverse range of educational programs and workforce training opportunities.

The challenge
CCS needed a modernized, user-friendly website that would provide a cohesive user experience while allowing each college to maintain its unique identity.

- Common content repository – Established a centralized system for managing and sharing content across CCS, SCC, and SFCC.
- Three distinct information architectures – Implemented tailored IA structures for each college while maintaining a consistent design.
