Highlights from NACS 2024

The North American Collaboration Summit (NACS) took place the week of April 9-11, and it was a huge success. Under the seasoned leadership of Mark Rackley & Eric Shupps, the event made its debut in Dallas, Texas, at the Irving Convention Center.
 
At the event, High Monkey CEO, Virgil Carroll, delivered a stellar presentation on maximizing organizational knowledge management strategies using Microsoft’s array of tools, including Copilot, Microsoft Search, and Viva Engage. He delved deep into the nuances of knowledge management (KM), shedding light on how, with the right approach, Microsoft’s suite of 365 services can transform learning and innovation within organizations. Attendees left armed with practical steps to implement robust KM strategies.

But NACS was just one piece of the puzzle. Parallel events at the same venue, including the inaugural We Dreamin' Salesforce event and InnoTech, occurred at the same time, creating a superb atmosphere of collaboration and learning.
