MindLab Connect Is Live

High Monkey just wrapped one of the more technically involved builds we've taken on for Wiley, and we're excited to formally announce it.

MindLab Connect is Wiley's partner portal, a private, authenticated platform serving their global network of authorized partners and associates. It's not a public-facing site, which means we can't walk you through it the way we normally would a portfolio piece. What we can tell you is what we built and why it matters.

The core of this project was personalization at scale. MindLab Connect serves partners across multiple Wiley product lines, and every user's experience is shaped by who they are within that network. Log in, and the site already knows which content, resources, and tools are relevant to you. That kind of role-based filtering doesn't happen by accident. It required a tightly integrated authentication system connected to Wiley's external partner management platform, single sign-on access into other Wiley systems, and a content infrastructure built to surface the right assets to the right people without duplication.

Accessibility compliance was threaded through the entire build, not treated as a final checklist item. Functional and ADA testing ran throughout the project and up to launch.
